Judge Boyd addressed the defendant directly and admonished him to change his behavior: “So whatever brought you here, you need to change your ways and do better. Okay? Understand. Alright. Good luck to you.” The dismissal removed the immediate basis for the court appearance and ended the scheduled proceedings in that case.
