A commissioner moved to approve items 4 and 5 and exclude item 5(h); another commissioner seconded the motion. The clerk called for the vote and each commissioner voiced “aye.” The meeting record shows all five commissioners present — Commissioners Cuny (virtually), Jordan, Waldra, French and Kearns — voted in favor and the motion passed unanimously.
The chair also noted there were no miscellaneous items or executive session items scheduled for the meeting. The struck item 5(h) was listed as expected to return on a future agenda.
