The La Verne Planning Commission on May 20 approved final plats for three sections of the Arbor Ridge subdivision — Sections 9A, 9B and 12 — that together propose 147 residential lots on roughly 51.33 acres.
City planning staff presented the three plat requests during the meeting. "This phase is proposing 44 new residential lots and, this is about 22.4 acres total," Planning staff member Logan said when introducing Section 9A. For Section 9B, Logan said the phase proposes 38 lots on 12.69 acres, and for Section 12 he described 65 lots on 16.23 acres and noted ongoing grading and earthwork near Walden Road.
