The assessment, presented by Paul Rosala, assets and infrastructure manager for Barnstable County, and Gensler principals Keller Rauten and Arlene Vogelmann, covers the county’s portfolio — including the old jail, the county lab and multiple remote sites — and will feed a 20‑year master plan meant to guide investment, staffing and space decisions.
