Applicant Anthony Calabrese, who provided the property address for the record, told commissioners the business would be run “almost like car dealer esque,” with cleaned, professionally presented late‑model commercial trucks rather than a used‑car‑lot appearance. He said sales would be strictly retail and that maintenance or repair work would be outsourced to family‑owned repair shops rather than performed on site.
Commissioners asked no substantive follow‑up questions and approved forwarding the special‑use permit with the stated conditions to the Planning and Economic Development Committee on June 2 at 5:30 p.m.
