Board members noted that limited repairs are typically permitted administratively, but wholesale siding replacement on an early building requires BAR review and scribe-board (matching profile) installation. The board moved and approved the application per staff recommendations.
The owner will replace the siding with like materials and follow staff guidance on profile and installation; the approval was granted by voice vote.
