Committee members requested a timeline and budget documents; staff said those items are already included in the meeting binder and that the City Clerk or Shaniqua could be invited to present the budget timeline if the commission requests it.
Members noted the Budget Committee currently has no membership or meeting schedule and asked for volunteers to support Leticia (budget lead). No formal votes were taken; staff will invite presenters and circulate the existing budget timeline and commission budget pages.
