Resident urges council to reconsider South Parcel master plan at Flying Creek Nature Preserve

DeGutz also asked the council to take expedited action on building condemnations and said he supports the city’s 311 service but wants the city to publish a monthly report on 311 performance data to track departmental responsiveness. He told the council he has had “great responses and rapid response” when using the 311 system and urged others to use it.
The comments were made during the public-participation portion of the meeting rather than during a formal agenda item; councilors did not take immediate action on the requests during the meeting record.
