Board accepts secondary plats for Park 65 industrial park and Home National Bank

Kevin Krolick presented the secondary plat for Park 65 (Browning Investments), the industrial park north of the Flying J, noting dedications of public rights-of-way and public improvements. Krolick said the plat approval and acceptance of dedications are subject to final administrative review of required sureties before signatures are recorded. He identified the first tenant under construction as McAllister Machinery.
The board also approved the secondary plat and public-works dedications for Home National Bank at the northwest corner of 250 North and State Road 39. Krolick said no sureties are expected for the bank plat; the action records and clears a plat that had not previously been finalized and recorded.
Both motions passed on voice votes with ayes recorded. Krolick noted that final administrative steps — surety review and plat signatures — would follow before the plats are recorded.
