The Lebanon Board of Public Works and Safety approved three contract change orders during the meeting.
Kevin Krolick presented change order No. 3 for the pickleball courts, adding roughly 255 feet of four-foot black-coated vinyl chain-link fencing to divide the courts at a cost of $21,685. Krolick said the work falls within the project’s $805,000 budget and contingency.
The board also approved an as-built topographic survey for Stoneater Bike Park to meet environmental permitting requirements. Krolick said the three companies performing the work will be paid a combined $16,900.
Finally, the board approved final quantities for relocating meter pits on Phase 2 of Fordyce Road. The final change-order total for the meter-pit relocation was $174,790.04. Krolick said the cost is within the project budget and contingencies and required no additional funding.
Each item passed on a motion and a second; the board’s votes were recorded by voice (ayes) and each motion carried. The transcript did not show individual recorded roll-call votes for each motion.
