Bi County Nutrition board alleges repeated staff misconduct at county 4-H center; commission received public comment

Julie Snyder and Michelle Beto, speaking for Bi County Nutrition, said the organization has held its annual fundraising dinner at the county 4-H center for years and that staff conduct by the 4-H center employee (identified in the comment as Renee Courtney) during setup and cleanup had been “extremely rude,” including alleged confrontations over kitchen pans, carts, and garbage handling. The organization said the conduct made staff feel unwelcome and that the issue has recurred each year.
Speakers said they value the venue for its parking and facilities and wished to continue using it, but asked the commission to investigate or address the staff behavior. The commission acknowledged the comment; no county motion, investigation directive or formal staff response was recorded in the meeting minutes.
