A motion to approve the ordinance was moved and seconded; the roll-call vote recorded affirmative votes from Council member George, Council member Hale, Council member Hirsch, Council President Stephanie Kim Chohan, Council member Pestonic, Council member Borges and Council member Vargas.
The ordinance proceeds as adopted on final reading; the clerk noted that affidavits of publication are on file.
