The Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners on May 27 approved Amendment No. 7 to Agreement 2018‑0151‑HADM with the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Fe Del Norte, extending the term for one year and increasing total compensation by $190,000 to $1,190,000 (inclusive of NMGRT) to maintain after‑school and summer programs in public housing neighborhoods.
Adriana (Housing Authority staff) said the amendment delegates authority to the county manager to sign the purchase order and continues services at public housing sites including the La Puebla and Marcos Trujillo Center. She told commissioners the county receives monthly reports from the Boys & Girls Club on service counts and programming and offered to share those reports on request.
Commissioner Lisa Kakari Stone asked about impact data and whether the county collects information on program outcomes and participation by gender identity; Adriana said the county receives monthly service reports but not gender breakdowns and that staff can provide summary impact data going forward.
Commissioner Justin Green moved to approve the amendment and Commissioner Lisa Kakari Stone seconded; the board voted in favor with no recorded opposition.
