County staff provided an estimated annual payment of $64,404 and said the county expects an increase of just over $20,000 in revenue after the state moves in. Commissioners said the lease was vetted by the building committee and likely improves county revenue while using under‑occupied space.
Commissioner Behr moved to approve the lease; Commissioner Ebinger seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
