A performance bond of $1,976,322.37 has been submitted to cover remaining infrastructure (earthwork, sanitary sewer, potable water, stormwater, paving and engineering certification). Staff recommended approval and the commission adopted the resolution after a public hearing with no speakers.
The resolution establishes conditions required for final plat recording consistent with multifamily residential low‑density (R‑3) zoning and dedicates internal roads to the city.
