Britney Molitor, Planning Director, read the consent items into the record and said any item may be removed for separate consideration. The consent agenda included: a conditional use permit review CUR17408 for Fred and Michelle Prien to review a vacation home rental in an Agriculture District (staff recommends approval); CUR2104 for Cole and Renee Foster to review a bed and breakfast above a garage in an Agriculture District (staff recommends approval); CUR2118 for Lowell Cole to review a temporary campground/assembly during July in an Agriculture District (staff recommends approval); CUR2313 for Neil and Terry Faust to review living in an existing residence while building a single‑family home in a Rural Residential District (staff recommends approval); and COCUR20411 for Host Clamp Customs (Josh Anderson) to end a home‑occupation conditional use permit in an Agriculture District with the applicant’s concurrence (staff recommends ending the permit).
Molitor and staff noted that planning commission findings on these items are recommendations to the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, which will make the final decisions. No items were removed from the consent agenda. A commissioner moved to approve the consent agenda, a second was given and the motion carried on voice vote.
