Washington County commissioners on May 27 approved an order of public interest that allows two lots in the Timber Bridge Subdivision to be combined into a single lot in Precinct 2.
Planning staff said the replat combines lots 3 and 4 (approximately 1.645 and 1.543 acres) into a single 3.188-acre tract. Staff reported the proposal meets county and state requirements and that notice and mailed notifications to property owners within 200 feet were completed in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 232 notification rules.
A county staff presenter recommended approval and said there were no outstanding issues. A motion to approve the order of public interest and the replat passed on the court floor. The approval adjusts the recorded lot lines but does not change other county zoning or road-access permissions, staff said.
County records will reflect the combined lot after the replat is filed and recorded with county plat records.
