Schoen noted the current plat reflects a reduction in density from the original approval. A commissioner confirmed the staff record shows no wetlands on site.
The board approved the plat by voice vote after the staff report was entered into the record. Staff and the applicant must complete standard plat recordation and permitting steps before construction begins.
