A commissioner asked whether the application had to restart because of the time elapsed since the development order; staff replied the project remained in compliance with the development order because the applicant had made good‑faith efforts to install infrastructure. Commissioners voted to approve the final plat by voice vote; no public opposition was recorded during the hearing.
