Walton County’s Tactical Review Committee on May 21 continued five agenda items to June meetings after motions and unanimous voice votes.
The committee accepted motions to continue the Elliot Coe Platt application to the June 4 TRC meeting and the All in Santa Rosa Beach application to June 4 at 8:30 a.m. The Church Street subdivision and the Station at Santa Rosa Beach items were continued to the June 18 TRC meeting. The Sunliner Diner application (agenda item 9) was continued to the June 4 TRC meeting. Committee members voted “aye” on each motion with no recorded opposition.
The continuances were processed at the start of the meeting. Staff members explained that applicants will return for their scheduled TRC dates and that major developments would still require subsequent public hearings before the Planning Commission and/or the Board of County Commissioners as appropriate.
The continuances leave those projects in a pending review status; no development orders or final approvals were issued for the listed items at this meeting.
