Maintenance reported 332 work orders created with 213 completed in the reporting period; staff said they are generally staffed for HVAC but anticipate needing an additional plumber. Committee members asked whether additional positions should be considered in the upcoming budget; facilities leadership said they would notify the committee if staffing changes are required.
