Warren County board finds no facts to substantiate three ethics complaints

At a recent Warren County meeting, board members voted to find no facts to substantiate three separate ethics complaints and closed those matters without further action.

That's right.” After the session, a motion was made that “the board had not found any facts to substantiate, going forward with that complaint” for matter 20 24-3; the motion was moved by Board member 3 and seconded by Board member 1. The board then considered matters 20 25-1 and 20 25-2 together. A motion that there was “no legal basis to, again, to take action on those 2 complaints” was moved by Board member 3 and seconded by Board member 1. Recorded responses to the roll call were “Aye. Aye.”
