Staff said the Swanson Road work is already complete.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval of the reimbursement submission; the motion passed by voice vote. Staff said engineers reviewed and approved the work estimates. The meeting record indicates these amounts are being submitted for reimbursement rather than immediate new county expenditures.
