The agreement allows the municipal government and the board of education to share an aerial-lift asset under the established NJ LEAP shared-services framework; the resolution authorizes execution of the agreement and sets terms as presented in the meeting packet.
A committee member requested an abstention on a separate bills vote later in the meeting; no conflicts were raised with the aerial lift agreement during the resolution discussion.
