The Lacey Township Committee tabled the second reading and public hearing on Ordinance 2025-09, authorizing sale of Block 1869, Lot 13, to Allen and Carrie Baker. Committee members said the schedule A required from the township engineer was not yet ready and asked to carry the ordinance to the next meeting rather than re-advertise the sale.

The committee announced the second reading and public hearing will occur June 12 at 6 p.m. in the same meeting room. During the May meeting the motion to table the ordinance was made, seconded and approved by roll-call vote.

No substantive changes to the ordinance text were recorded at the May meeting; the committee deferred final action pending the engineer's schedule attachment.
