The City of Lacey announced it has launched the 2025 National Community Survey in partnership with Polco to collect resident feedback, and said randomly selected households will receive postcards inviting them to participate. City staff member said recipients should follow the instructions on the postcard to take the survey.

The city said there will be an open period during June when any Lacey resident can take the survey even if they did not receive a postcard. "If you don't receive a postcard, don't worry. You can still participate as well," City staff member said.

The announcement said the city will share survey results with the community after the process is complete but did not provide exact open‑period dates or the survey closing date. Residents were directed to the City of Lacey website for more information.
