"The total amount of this is being asked is is 22,750," staff said, adding the base citywide analysis is $17,500 with up to two subarea analyses available for an additional $2,500 each.
Commissioners discussed timing and deliverables; staff estimated a roughly 90-day turnaround and noted Zimmermann Volk has delivered quickly on the Indiana State Prison analysis. A motion to approve the proposal carried by voice vote.
Staff said the study is intended to provide developers with clear, accessible summaries and graphics, including an executive summary tailored for prospective developers.
