MPO amends TIP; staff briefs board on state transportation capital program and project timing

She described two I‑89 paving projects (Colchester–Swanton northbound and southbound, and a southbound project from Waterbury to Richmond) and said preliminary engineering funds were being added now; construction funds for some projects remain in later years. On bridges, staff noted several state bridge projects and ongoing design work on Richmond bridges; Exit 17 remains under construction.
