The insurer also requested an IT contact for cybersecurity purposes; the secretary said LCUAS has no dedicated IT personnel to list.

The board agreed to reschedule the regular June meeting because the usual third-Thursday meeting falls on the Juneteenth holiday. Members selected Thursday, June 12 at 1:30 p.m. as the meeting date and set a June 5 deadline for agenda submission. Members voted to postpone discussion and possible action on facilitation of the Laredo Food Policy Council until the executive director position is filled and staff capacity is available.
