No formal county action was taken at the May 21 meeting; staff noted the submissions as correspondence and identified Andrew Gaspar as a staff contact for commissioners with follow-up questions. The planner’s review and any county comments would occur through the ordinary review and public-notice timeline associated with low-income housing tax credit applications.
