The City Council voted to accept the city's annual MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) update, a document staff said is required by the city's MS4 permit. Alderman Doherty moved to accept the update and Alderman Davis seconded the motion; the council approved it by roll call.
Director Adams told the council, “this is a requirement of our MS4 permit that we present this information in a public meeting annually, to satisfy the IEP requirements.” The presentation and packet materials were entered into the public record as the annual compliance update.
No public comments were recorded on the MS4 update. Council members voted in favor by roll call and the motion passed.
