The motion to approve the consent agenda carried following discussion and roll-call vote; one member recorded a no vote on the bills item.
Board member inquiries during the consent discussion included a request for exit-interview data for departing employees. Mr. DeRue (human resources) confirmed that the district conducts exit interviews for all departing employees and that administration would compile data and present it to the board at a future meeting; staff said a report would be available at the May board meeting.
The board voted to approve the consent agenda with recorded votes at the meeting.
