The motion to approve the PACE Systems bid was moved and seconded; recorded roll-call votes were all in favor: Dee Darling, Mindy Hartman, Catherine Potter, Stacy Salt, Julie Jetty, Jason Jancic and Bridget Sandlin voted yes and the motion carried.
The approval authorizes district staff to execute the contract and proceed with procurement and installation work as included in the bid package. Details about a timetable for installation and final commissioning were discussed as part of implementation planning but specific completion dates were not specified in the meeting record.
