Commission staff noted that certain resolutions are required by statute, for example renewing depository agreements every four years under the Ohio Revised Code. Presenters also said the Glenwood Avenue right-of-way work is largely funded by ODOT and that purchases used cooperative purchasing programs such as Sourcewell and Omnia.
