Mr. Lee, executive director, told commissioners, “The commission's end of month balance for April was $6,871,953. And including the restricted funds, it was $1,818,658,369 dollars.”
Commissioners asked about the timing of the city’s TIP distribution from the county. Mr. Lee said, “We usually will see that towards the end of the first full week in June.”
After discussion, the commission considered a single set of claims for the evening in the amount of $326,901.50 and voted to approve them. Mariana called the roll; President Hammer, Vice President Bowers and Counselor Austin each voted aye.
The report and the claims approval were presented as routine financial business. Commissioners did not request additional follow-up reports beyond the TIP timing question that Mr. Lee addressed.
