Why it matters: The proposal changes previously proposed lot sizes, infrastructure provisions and maintenance plans and drew multiple residents who said current water, septic and emergency response infrastructure is inadequate for the scale of the project. The commission’s recommendation sends the proposal to City Council, which will make the final decision in coming weeks.
