The Marshall County Planning Commission on May 22 approved minor subdivision 25PC-09, a request by property owner Anthony Munoz to create four lots at 3405 Lakeshore Drive in the Lake of the Woods subdivision in Bremen, Sherman Township.
The commission’s staff presentation and the technical review committee recommended approval, saying the proposed plat meets the county’s subdivision regulations and does not create new public streets. "Based upon the information provided, the staff in TRC would recommend approval of the application," Planning staff member Nicholas said during the hearing.
