Nels, an IRA staff member, told the board the agency’s actual 2025 HOME and CDBG allocation was about $59,000 higher than anticipated and roughly on par with last year’s funding. The agency’s draft action plan — which will include funding adjustments that restore projects previously scaled back — is slated for submission to the Common Council and then to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
