The Worthington Board of Education voted to enter an executive session at the Aug. 20 meeting to discuss the purchase of property for public purposes, the sale of property at competitive bidding, or the disposition of unneeded, obsolete or unfit-for-use property pursuant to Revised Code 505.10.
President Nikki Hudson called for the motion and roll-call votes were recorded. The board stated it would move into executive session and that there would be no additional public discussion afterward.
The motion to enter executive session passed on a roll-call vote recorded in the meeting transcript; the board did not return to discuss the matters in public.
