The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on May 19 approved a transfer of appropriations for the county record center after the county records coordinator reported a roughly 16% increase in microfilm supply costs.
Chris Shaw, county records coordinator, said some microfilm supplies have increased about 16 percent and asked that money be moved to ensure operations through the end of the year. The board adopted Resolution No. 25-370 to approve the transfer.
Commissioners voted aye with Gary Merrill and Jeff Benton recorded yes; Commissioner Barb Lewis was absent. No specific dollar amounts or revised line items were read into the public record during the brief presentation.
