Delaware County TID accepts treasurer's report, retains officers and approves minutes

The Delaware County Transportation Improvement District approved routine administrative items, including acceptance of the treasurer's report, approval of the March 12, 2025 minutes and retention of current officers.
Cy Kiely, treasurer from the Auditor's Office, reported, "The current cash balance is $3,606,273.31." The board then moved to accept the treasurer's report and approved it by unanimous voice vote. Earlier in the meeting the board approved the minutes from its March 12, 2025 meeting after a motion and second.
The board also heard a motion to retain the same officers; after a second and brief discussion the motion carried on a voice vote. Attendance included Chris Botherman, Delaware County Engineer and TID chair; Tracy Davies, county administrator and vice chair; Cy Kiely, treasurer; and members at large Tom Price and Pat Blaney. Commissioner Benton joined the meeting later.
These administrative approvals were completed early in the meeting and preceded staff project reports and other agenda business.
