Jason Bieber said the applicant is Southeastern Development Foundation and the property owner is Charlene Adams. The site is about 0.27 acres; the Foundation proposes placing two governor's houses on the lot. The Planning Commission recommended approval 5-0.
Councilors moved and seconded a motion to send the ordinance to a second reading; the motion passed 8-0. No public commenters spoke on the item at the meeting.
