Town staff noted that if Wolfeboro did not host this event, there would be no collection in town this year. The board asked whether multiple collections (for example, a spring and fall event) would double costs; staff said that question will be part of the 2026 budget planning discussions with Lakes Region Planning Commission for future years.
The board approved the host‑site agreement and asked staff to continue working with Lakes Region Planning Commission on logistics, signage and resident outreach.
