The ordinance adoption implements the assessment plan and enables the PID to proceed with service and assessment activities tied to the recently completed bond sale. City staff said the action followed the statutory process and council recorded the formal vote on second reading.
No separate amendments to the plan were recorded during the meeting. Staff noted the PID action arises from prior proceedings and bond-authorizing steps.
