Staff said the properties were appraised and advertised in accordance with Chapter 272 of the Texas Local Government Code and that adjoining owners were notified. Item 10 covered a 0.087-acre portion of alley appraised at $4,800 with a total sale price of $5,300 (including appraisal fee and filing fee). Item 11 covered a 0.138-acre alley portion with a total price of $8,000. Item 12 covered a 0.362-acre unimproved right-of-way appraised at $12,000 with a sale price of $12,500. If approved, the parcels would be replatted together with adjacent lots for residential development, staff said.
Council approved second readings for the ordinances conveying each parcel by voice vote.
