Council voted unanimously to appoint Becky Klepper to Vacancy 1 on the Tomball Economic Development Corporation board. The council also appointed Wayne Hall to Vacancy 2 and reappointed Lisa Covington to Vacancy 3; motions carried without dissent.
Separately, the council appointed William (Bill) Darnell to fill a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission; that seat also serves on the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee. The council took each vote publicly; all were recorded as carried unanimously in the meeting minutes.
Appointments will be sworn in according to board rules and the city’s usual procedures.
