During the May 20 meeting the Auburn City Council approved four land-use items, Mayor Ron Anders reported.
The council approved a commercial support use for a mini-warehouse with climate-controlled storage within the Greystone commercial development at 1800 East Samford Avenue. The council also approved a road service use for a Hertz car rental business at 1655 South College Street.
In residential development action, the council approved a performance residential use for Shelter Mill Phase 4 at 580 Shelter Mill Road. The council additionally approved an outdoor cafe permit for the new AU Mac bar that will be opening at 138 North College Street.
