Enterprise City Council on Tuesday approved two ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) retail licenses for outlets in Creekside Plaza and scheduled public hearings for two Legacy‑branded license requests at the council meeting on June 3.
The council approved a retail beer and retail wine off‑premise license application for BP‑91A LLC doing business as Creekside Plaza at 2200 Ozark Highway, Suite G. The council also approved a retail alcohol package store license for BP‑911, LLC doing business as Creekside Plaza Package at 2200 Ozark Highway, Suite H. Both approvals followed public-hearing openings in which no members of the public spoke for or against the applications.
For Legacy-branded locations, the council introduced applications from Beauvoir Management, LLC doing business as Legacy Travel Center and Legacy Package Store 2 at 2780 Neal Metcalf Road, Suite B and set public hearings for those applications at the regular meeting scheduled for June 3, 2025. No action was taken on the Legacy items at Tuesday’s meeting.
Council members approved the Creekside Plaza items by motion and voice vote; the meeting record shows the motions carried. Staff will process ABC documentation and permits consistent with state ABC rules following council approvals.
