The developers said the site sits in the City of Franklin’s regional commerce design concept under Envision Franklin and that a late‑2024 special consideration keeps multifamily at this property to a maximum of six stories; the project team is proposing five stories. "We're actually only proposing 5 stories, not 6," said Jeff Rosiak, with Gamble Design Collaborative, the project's planners and landscape architects.
