The ordinance, introduced by Councilmembers Polencic and Griffin and read previously on April 28, 2025, was approved “without objection” during the committee meeting. The ordinance text lists a grant period from 05/01/2025 to 04/30/2026 and shows line-item allocations for personnel, travel, equipment, supplies, other, and confidential funds.
